My mom was in both independent and assisted living. I can't say enough about the care, kindness, and love they gave Mom. Everyone was so helpful! Both her rooms felt like home. I can't say enough about the homelike atmosphere. They truly treated Mom with such dignity and love. She felt like they were all part of her family!

The Springs at Anna Maria was a lovely place except it was like a motel. I didn't like that. Also, their kitchen only had a two-burner stove. They didn't have an oven so I couldn't cook or do anything that I like to do. I love to cook and make pies and things like that. The other thing is their prices were outrageous. Their studios run at $3500 a month and I can't afford that. The rooms were small. The studio apartment was like a motel room, and it had one chair, one table, and a bed and I don't want that. I don't want to be that confined. They had all kinds of activities going on, but I didn't like it because I had no private entrance to my unit. I had to walk into the main living and then I had to go down a hallway and go into my space, just like a motel room. The staff was outstanding. They were very nice. The food was very nice. It's spotless. In each unit they have, when somebody moves out or passes, they completely clean it out, so it's very nicely kept. The dining room was very nice. They had white tablecloths and linen napkins. The staff in the dining room was very nice. They had card games and stuff like that. They had a piano where they bring entertainment in, but I didn't see any other activities that went on. The first floor was assisted living and then the second and third floors were apartments. They had two bedrooms and they run for $6000 a month. I couldn't afford that. The other thing I didn't like about it is they give you $600 a month for food credit. The only problem is that's $20 a day and for the prices that they had, you couldn't have three meals. You'd be lucky to get one-and-a-half meals there daily.

The staff members at The Springs at Anna Maria are all very nice and very caring. They provide transportation to wherever I needed to go. I'm in a two-bedroom apartment right now and it's fine so far. The food is OK here.

I went to The Springs at Anna Maria. I was favorably impressed. Most of the people that I saw were older, I felt younger than them. The person who took me around was very nice, she was very good, she showed me a couple of rooms, she took me everywhere I could want to see. She showed me the dining area, she showed me the gardens, a couple of residents walked up to her and said hello. She was very affable with them, and it made a very good impression on me. I thought it was a good facility overall. I thought the neighborhood was a little bit sterile, and it was a residential neighborhood. The rooms were acceptable, they weren't anything special, not large, but for the price, they were reasonable. They do have a choice of sizes, a one, and a two-bedroom. They had rooms where people could gather, and they had posted get-together types of activities, games, and watching movies and television. They're clean and presentable, quite attractive, they had a library and such. It's very nice.

I am waiting to go back for another tour in The Springs at Anna Maria. The people were excellent, and the facility was very nice that I want to go back for the second tour. The second tour is going to be just to see how the people get along and what activities they are involved with. During my first tour, they showed me a one-bedroom apartment. It was very nice. Everything was up to snuff. They had this small gym. I had a good lunch there. I enjoyed it. The amenities were pretty good as well, that's why I'm going back to check on that and their activities. I'm 77 years old, and I want a lot of excursions and activities to stay active. Out of all the places I've seen so far, this is probably the one I would wind up going to. Robin was very, very nice. She sent me a bouquet of flowers two weeks ago, and I still have two more flowers left that are still alive. They were just sent with love.

Anna Maria Creekside was wonderful. The person who assisted me was very good and established a connection with me right away, and I was impressed with the activity list that they had. They're going to the coast sometime in the future. However, I wasn't happy that they didn't have cottages, only apartments.

Anna Maria Creekside was a very friendly place with a homey environment. The staff was extremely friendly, outgoing, and willing to please. The rooms as well as the facility in general were well maintained. The courtyard was beautiful and had fountains, flowers, and plants. The floor plans were good.

I cannot express just how disappointed I am in this facility since it was recently bought out by a very large company. Before it was an outstanding facility where I felt very pleased having my Mother live there. The décor was very beautiful and looked more like a resort setting. The furniture was comfortable and selected with the residents in mind. Having actually eaten there I can say that the food and service was excellent and the staff and the residents seemed to have a good relationship. Since the facility was sold recently the décor has changed from a resort style appearance to a ugly hospital type look. The nice, comfortable furniture has been replaced with cheap uncomfortable furniture and not designed with senior issues. The existing carpet in the dining room was removed and a new carpet was put down but without padding. The new carpet was then secured to the concrete floor with glue which made some residents ill. Most of the previous staff have been replaced and they seem to be ill trained. The food quality has drastically gone down hill and just the other day my mother order a steak and the meat was spoiled and un-cooked on the inside. My, mother is a previous owner of a butcher shop and meat market and knows meat. The staff cooked the same steak longer and sent it back to her even though she told them it was spoiled meat. When the chef was asked why he sent out spoiled meat he allegedly blamed it on his staff who don't know how to rotate meat. Rotate meat, Really!! Our family has complained numerous times but nothing improves. If this continues I will be forced to move my mother. David H.

I liked Anna Marie Creekside a lot. It is assisted living, however. I'm not ready for assisted living, but if I get to that point, that's where I would go. I liked the atmosphere, the people I met, and the activities. It seemed to be active, even though it was assisted living. It had a nice feeling about it. It was very modern, up-to-date, and clean. The person who showed me around knew every resident by name. They went on various excursions, and they had the bingo or cards. They had special rooms, like a puzzle room, a game room, and a billiards room. That was really nice. I thought that for what they were, they were very good.

The price at Anna Maria Creekside was beyond what my budget allows, but the place and the food were good. The staff are also nice.

I visited Anna Maria Creekside quite often while my grandfather was living there. This facility seems bustling and full of energy and life every time I visit. I was always greeted with warm, friendly smiles and helpful attitudes from the staff members and the residents are always happy and willing to open up and talk with me about the facility and themselves.Residents all seemed to be quite happy and well taken care of. One thing I remember was that the food was quite good, better than I had expected. The living quarters that my Grandfather lived in were quite nice. Anna Maria Creekside had most of the amenities that he wanted. The residents at Anna Maria Creekside all get along well with one another, it really is very home-like and the staff and residents act more as a family than merely just staff and residents. My Grandfather immediately found company to his liking and spent much of his time with other residents. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone, or their family members.
