We found them for my husband. He moved in a little over a week ago. We're very happy with it. They're very caring. It's a lovely facility -- very nice, very homey. It's a very nice room, not too large, and it's fine. The staff seemed very helpful, taking good care of him. The location is very convenient; it's very near a mall.

We chose them for my mom. So far, so good. She seems to be doing better there than she was doing at home. We got to visit her a couple of times and she seems to like it, so that's good. She has her own apartment that has a bed, TV, chair, and then a bathroom that has no shower, and they take them to the shower from there. It's a nice area, they have a dining area, and an area with a TV where they can sit around. The staff have been very helpful in answering questions we need, they give us calls, give us updates, they send us pictures, things like that without even requesting it, so I would say that they've been very good.
