Right now, my husband is a resident of Cedarhurst of Canton. It's nice because it's small. I think they have a maximum maybe of 15 or 16 people that can stay there. My husband requires total care to be changed and fed and all that. So it's not good for that type of person, but for someone who can feed themselves and walk and all that, it's a wonderful environment. Right now, they're without an activity director, and there could be a lot of improvement as far as scheduled activities. The food is good though. The cleanliness of the place is excellent. My husband's room is very convenient. The staff is very caring.

We went to look at Cedarhurst of Canton, and we loved it. We love the lady that was in charge. She was so friendly and nice. We thought the room was really large. The area was nice because it was wooded and had scenery for them to look at. The dining hall was open and nice. It feels very homey.

Cedarhurst of Canton was beautiful. When you pull up, it looked like a lodge that would sit on the side of a ski mountain. There was lots of parking, and the entrance was secure. They had a hand-sanitizing area, and basically like a front desk, and when you went in, it was a wide open space. They greeted us, and then the lady that was showing us around took us to her office first and talked about what we were looking for, about my father-in-law, what type of person he was, and then she toured us around. The facility was huge, but it was very well decorated and clean. The dining area was also huge. They had the menu posted on the wall, and just around the perimeter of it, they had cabinets where you could go up to get your drink refilled, or get your silverware or your condiments. The squared tables seated four people, and they were all spread out. They had a big movie room with a popcorn and a drink machine. There's a library with lots of books, board games, crossword puzzles, and things that they could do. When you go outside, they had a huge covered porch with rocking chairs, and homemade swings made out of trees. There was a big lake in the back area that you could look out at. It was real pretty because the sun was beaming off of it. The rooms were also nice and clean. They all had safety features in them with the pull cords and the handrails in the bathrooms, big closets, and big windows. It was just too expensive for us.

My Dad has been a resident since April 2020 He is still adjusting to his new lifestyle and is very happy . The staff here is extremely nice and friendly and they are willing and ready to assist with all of our requests. The staff is eager to keep us informed about their safety measures during this covid-19 and have done an excellent job in keeping our loved ones safe. They give us peace of mind in knowing that our dad's care is the best that can be found. Dad loves the food and especially dessert.

The rooms are a great size. The staff is amazing. They always greet you with a smile and will stop what they’re doing to help with anything. It’s the perfect home for mom.

We have placed my dad in here. It is the one we like the most. They take excellent care of my dad and don't have complaints with them. The rooms are well-appointed and provide enough space. The place is a four-bedroom ranch home. The staff is very caring and skilled. Food is good homecooking. They offer field trips, and there is a walking path that backs up to their place. My father is very happy there. Its price is about the same as others, but it is like the residents are in their own home with care.

It is a nice facility but it's too expensive for what my friend can afford. The rooms are adequate to hold the appropriate amount of furniture and are nicely finished. The staff I met was very cordial and nice to deal with. The activities seemed to be good.

I really liked this beautiful, clean and scenic place. Unfortunately, my relatives need 2 bedrooms and a sitting area for guests. I loved the patio overlooking the lake. Very beautiful. They would love that.

It is brand new, and very modern. It is a very lovely place. When they did the assessment on my husband, they could not provide him the level of care he needed. The facility was very nice, and I like it there very much. Everybody I met was very friendly. The dining area was very big with lots of tables.

It is so restful when you drive to. It’s in the valley, and this has a lake and a small creek coming up to it. It’s set up like a ranch, with green grass growing everywhere, and it’s beautiful to look at. There’s a lot of light, and it’s very cheerful. They did have quite a few double rooms, but also studios and one-bedrooms. The staff is very helpful; she took the time to show me around. Everything was neat and clean. They showed me the activity rooms where they did crafts.
