My sister is a resident of The Residence at Watertown Square. It's very nice. It has a view over the garden, it's furnished very well and has its own individual bathroom. It's not more than three doors away from the nurse's station. The whole facility is nice. They have lots of activities. They have music, bingo, and all kinds of art activities and things. She likes to sing a lot. So they have all kinds of things there. The facility seemed very clean to me when I went there. The food is very good. They have good chefs, and good portions for the people there. It's costly, but I would say you're getting what you pay for.

Holiday Summer Place was very convenient. The units were beautiful, and they had a beautiful dining hall. Everything was perfect. If there was one thing that I liked least about it was they didn't have medical people onsite that could help my mother. I had to bring that in from the outside. So, that was really the only downfall. The staff was excellent. John, the manager, was outstanding. He has actually followed up with me several times just to check in and see how my mother is doing. I thought everything was outstanding and very well cared for. Everything was clean. He showed me a few of the units that were available. Everything was updated. Really, all you need to do is put furniture in.

The Residence at Watertown Square was nice. The staff was good. The rooms were clean and neat. We had lunch there and the food was quite nice. I didn't go into the residents' dining area because I was only a visitor, but they put me in a small room outside. Everything looked wonderful. Nothing against what they had. Everything looked wonderful but small. There wasn't any garbage on the floors or anything, but I haven't seen them do a daily pickup of laundry or anything.

My mother was a here for assisted living. The facility is clean and bright, the food is good, and there are lots of activities for the diverse residents --- some still very active, others more infirm. The spirit and ethos of the staff are outstanding: they are upbeat, fun, and they work hard. Management is hands-on and accountable. This was a wonderful place for my mother.

We visited The Residence at Watertown Square for our friend and we were only there for the tour and it was impressive. It's seems like it was well planned, and they have a beautiful setting. It's convenient to a Dunkin Donuts if they want to venture out, there's a CVS, and convenient to a few local retail stores and restaurants outside of the facility. It's just a short walk. I did not see much, it was only a tour, and during this COVID the bistro is close. The dining area is a very nice setting and I love the bistro idea. Then there's the regular restaurant with two patios, one for the memory care, and the other one for independent and assisted living.

I have had lunch several times at the Residence at Watertown Square with my friends who sold their home and moved there, and they are really happy with it. The food was very good. It was very tasty, and with a wide variety that you can pick from a menu, and you can eat anytime that you want to during the day. There are no dining hours or anything like that, so you can eat whenever you want to go and eat. I got their monthly calendar of activities, and they seem to have a good range, so I am very pleased with it.

The Residence welcomed newcomers at the door in a very warm way with a little gift. They had nice, jazzy music in the lobby and nice public areas for entertainment inside the building. I liked the location very much. It had an urban atmosphere and really good access to services.

We chose The Residence at Watertown Square because of convenience and the atmosphere. The dining is pretty much any time from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., so there isn't a set time for meals. They have a weekly van trip off-site and a varied activities calendar. The staff all seemed to be loving and caring.
