Oregon Trail Adult Family Home is a senior living facility in Deer Park, WA, sandwiched between Eloika Lake, Loon Lake, Deer Lake and Deer Park Airport. The region has pleasant weather and plenty of shops, restaurants and several other points of interest that residents can regularly visit, including parks and nature trails. Doctors, hospitals and other specialized physicians can be reached quickly for seniors with additional medical needs.

Oregon Trail Adult Family Home offers assisted living services. Seniors have a choice of studio, one- and two-bedroom units, and apartments with private baths and kitchenettes are also available. A team of trained caregivers is always present to help with any services needed by the residents, including assisting with activities of daily living, such as dressing, toileting and grooming, housekeeping and medication management. A nurse on-staff, on-call doctor and visiting nurses as well as visiting specialized therapists are also available. Other services include catheter, incontinence and colostomy care.

Amenities at the community include spacious indoor common areas for group activities, such as board games, live entertainment, exercise and cooking or art classes. The facility employs bilingual staff, with communication available in English and Portuguese. Special diet menus include kosher and vegetarian foods, and pets are allowed.
