The Suites at Ft. Collins is a very nice newer care center. My 87 year old aunt was placed there in September 2019 and moved to Assisted living in January 2020. The Suites was always clean, the staff were super nice and professional. The food was served in a restaurant type setting and while I visited every couple weeks during her stay sometimes the food was great and sometimes just good. I think they had several different cooks during this time but thats the way it is everywhere. My aunt is extremely inpatient and difficult to wait on at times but after the first week or two the Suites figured her out and was able to take care of her. The Rehab people were great but I regret they weren't able to get my aunt walking very much but that was because she liked her wheelchair and help button and figured out how to make the staff wait on her. The staff did a great job considering her attitude. As with any care center they could have used more help to get her to the bathroom but it all worked out okay. I very much appreciate their care for my Aunt. My Aunt liked the painting classes, live music and video presentations. I dealt with everyone from the administrator, office staff, therapists, nurses and aids. They were all attentive to any issues and very pleasant hard working people.

We are devestated by the neglect we witnessed at “suites”. It smelled like urine, the staff was rude & uncaring & worse, our 91 yr old mother almost died in their “care”! A gentleman in the next room had fallen in the bathroom & was literally screaming for help & no one came for half an hour. We are going to lodge formal complaints with the appropriate agencies.

The Suites (The Suites Fort Collins) is clean, new, modern, fun, and comfortable. They have a movie theater and nice lounges. My mom says she doesn't like the food though. I think they could also do a little bit more outdoor activities and get the residents out and about a little more. They have some activities in the facility, but then if you're in there all the time, it'd be nice to get out. They're also pretty expensive.

The Suites at Fort Collins was very beautiful but very badly managed. The food was excellent. When I was in the assisted living, they didn't have nurses; that was my chief complaint. The rooms and ambience were beautiful. There were a lot of activities for the residents, like arts and crafts and movies. The staff worked hard, but they were mismanaged. I didn't think their therapy helped me.
