Buying Hearing Aids from Jabra Enhance
Purchasing hearing aids from Jabra Enhance is quick and convenient. Jabra Enhance offers a short hearing test designed by audiologists that can be completed online or, alternatively, customers can upload a recent audiogram to its website. Hearing aids will be programmed based on the test results (or the audiogram) and arrive at customer’s doorsteps within days. After receiving their hearing aids, customers attend a video orientation with a licensed professional who will discuss their history of ear health as well as hearing goals. Hearing aid wear and maintenance will also be covered during this orientation, as will the fit of hearing aids. Specialists will assist wearers through the process of ensuring a proper fit with an ear measurement tool that is included in each Jabra Enhance Kit.
The licensed hearing specialist will also help establish a connection between hearing aids and the free Jabra Enhance Select smartphone app. This app helps wearers’ control their own hearing aid settings as well as request remote adjustments from Audiology Team members. In addition to Audiology Team professionals, customers will also have access to the Jabra Enhance Care Team 7 days a week for any additional assistance they need. Three years of Audiology Team follow-up care and three years of Care Team support are included with all Jabra Enhance hearing aid purchases.
Jabra Enhance Mobile App and Accessories
The Jabra Enhance Select app is compatible with both iOS and Android devices. It allows users to change their hearing aids’ settings discreetly, without needing to use the physical buttons on the hearing aid. They can also use the app for on-demand assistance and consultation with audiologists who can make sound adjustments instantly and remotely. This remote, on-demand audiologist care is included free of cost for three years with all Jabra Enhance hearing aid purchases.
Beyond a mobile app, Jabra Enhance also offers many high-end accessories. These include the following:

Jabra Enhance Select Hearing Aid Warranties and Repairs
All Jabra Enhance customers are eligible for a three-year manufacturer’s warranty and three-year device loss and damage coverage, both included in the cost of the device. The warranties go into effect on the date of purchase, and if a hearing aid does need to be repaired under warranty, the original effective date remains. Outside of the three-year warranty period, customers can still send their broken devices to Jabra Enhance for repairs, though they will need to pay for the repair (if the service cost is going to be more than $50, Jabra Enhance always consults the customer before performing any repairs).
Under Jabra Enhance’s loss and damage policy, the replacement device must be for the same buyer and the same ear as the original device. There is a $195 per-unit deductible for the loss and damage coverage plan. In some instances, Jabra Enhance will ask the customer to return the damaged or defective device, and if the customer fails to do so within the specified time frame, they may be charged for the full cost of the replacement device.
