I toured Harmony at Bellevue. I like their kitchen. And I like the space. They're bigger than the others. The whole apartment is bigger. The staff is very nice. The one who did the tour answered all my questions. She was knowledgeable. They have a lot of activities. They have a bus that takes people to the banks, stores, and where they need to go. They have a nice movie room. They have a room set aside for that. I have eaten there before when I visited someone. The food was very good.

We went to Harmony at Bellevue and looked at the independent and the assisted living. We did not look at the memory care unit. It was certainly big and spacious. We were very impressed when we walked in, but we had to wait for the tour a little bit. One of the assistants who was brand new helped us and I told the director the person did a very good job filling in. I was very pleased overall. We were very pleased with everything that they showed us. Everything was very informative. We looked at the different activity places they had for assisted living. We looked at the dining hall. They were getting ready to eat their lunchtime meal. The food looked and smelled very good. As we walked around, the staff that we met was very pleasant. The condition of the facility was excellent. We couldn't get outside because it was raining, so I didn't see much of the outside, but on the inside, it was very clean, very well taken care of, very spacious, and had just a very comfortable feeling as we walked around and looked at the different places. As we walked around, many of the people who lived there spoke to us and asked us if we were interviewing and looking. The atmosphere was very good.

I have lived at Harmony @ Bellevue for a year and plan to leave. Big turnover in staff, little communication, and bad food. They cannot keep staff and get organized. Too many residents that should be in Assisted Living instead of Independent Living. Cleaning staff does less than expected job.

I liked my tour at Harmony at Bellevue. The outside and the inside were quite light and everybody seemed very friendly. They introduced us around to anybody that we ran into. The rooms were quite a bit larger than the other place I toured, but they still were not a great size. I wasn't impressed with the space on either of them that we saw for the rooms. This place was nice. However, the assisted living did not provide an outdoor patio or balcony for my mom, and she really enjoys being outdoors. We saw a bunch of people that were gathered in the cafeteria waiting for an activity they were doing after they had finished lunch, but I saw their calendar of activities and they had a lot going on every day. They had a beauty shop and a library that wasn't spacious but decedent.

Harmony at Bellevue was beautiful. The staff who toured me around was very knowledgeable, very personable, very professional, and very welcoming. They had every kind of amenity that you could want for independent living. I liked it very much. The rooms were all brand new and updated. They were spacious with balconies and porches. They had trips to the grocery store. They had movies and game nights. They had a bistro with a happy hour a couple of times a week.

Harmony at Bellevue is a brand-new facility. They're working hard to make it a state-of-the-art environment with the resources and tools. They try to do a lot of fun things for the people inside. The nurses are really good there. I had been there and I've had both lunch and dinner, and they're both very good. I think the menu is fairly good. It's not boring. The room we picked for my mom-in-law was the smaller one, and it's very good. It's exactly what she needed. We looked at the bigger ones, and they're very nice. It's very well laid out. They've got the workout facility, they got a game room where you go play puzzles, and they got a little area where people can get together and play cards, play dominoes, and they have snacks out throughout the day. It's nice. The staff that we have been associated with have been nice. They've been very good. Whenever they thought there was an issue, they've been on the phone with us right away. We're very pleased with the staff. If I could say one thing that I wish they had more of, it would be staff. They, like all the other companies, are having trouble keeping staff.

We visited Harmony of Bellevue. It was an excellent facility. It's clean and new. It has beautiful accommodations, and the personnel is great. Shannon is the director. She's very helpful, informative, kind, and concerned. It's very pretty there. It is very quiet and peaceful because it's surrounded by trees. I was very impressed. I looked at all levels of care, so I saw everything they had. They had a very nice dining room. They have a theater there for the residents. It was lovely.

My overall experience with Harmony at Bellevue was excellent. It's a beautiful facility, brand new, sparklingly clean, and well kept. It's an excellent facility, but it is out of my family's price range. We simply cannot afford that level of assisted living care. It is not inexpensive. I only met one or two people while I was at Harmony and they were very, very pleasant, very amenable, personable, and interested in my parents as people, not as clients and that was very nice. The rooms were brand new, very clean, ready to move in, and the size is amenable. Because it's so new, it's very, very pristine and clean. It's the Cadillac of assisted living facilities as far as I can tell. I don't know about their staff because I did not meet many staff members, just the one during the tour and she's fantastic. One of the things that we were looking for was social interaction and because it was brand new, there were only three residents. There would be no social interaction until more people move in, but by this time, I assume more people have moved in. They have every amenity you could wish.

I toured Harmony at Bellevue. It was excellent. The people were excellent. They treated you really nice. They answered all your questions. Everything you wanted to know, you knew when you left. The rooms were excellent. They have laundry, they have a pub, they have a library, they have a fitness room, they have classes, and they have trips. They check on you every day and stuff like that.
