"My Mom was a resident of Trinity Regional for four years. She was treated with dignity and kindness by the staff. The facility was clean and quite pleasant. The food was not terrible just typical institution food. I'm not sure we can expect better than that unless the facility has an executive chef. LOL Seriously, I would recommend this facility to any one who wants good care. Sadly, my Mom has passed away at 94, but I will always be grateful for the care she received at Trinity Regional."

"My mother never wanted to go to a nursing home. After a previous stroke, she went to a different facility and was absolutely miserable. After this stroke, she said that she was happy here and wanted to stay. That made me happy that she was being well taken care of and more importantly, happy that she was there. She really enjoys the socialization, dancing, and activities that they do. Keep up the great job, guys. "

"My elderly father was told that he would never walk again after breaking his hip. My Daddy and I did not want to accept this without trying everything that we could. He stayed at this rehab center for a month receiving therapy 7 days a week. My Daddy walked out with the aid of a walker after his stay. The staff here is excellent and extremely caring. They gave my Daddy the wonderful gift of hope and they were his cheerleaders. They gave back his independence and great quality of life. My Daddy could not have walked again without their help and love. I highly recommend them in every possible way! Excellent facility."

"My brother-in-law was in Luxe Rehabilitation Center at Lutz. It's clean, the people were very personable, professional, caring, and helpful. It was a small space but it was nice. Everything was updated, maintenance was good, and the upkeep was good. He also said that the food was good."

"I spent 6 wks here after a horrible car accident. The staff was helpful and took care of my needs. Without them I don’t know what I would have done. "

"I broke my femur and stayed from Dec 11, 2024 to Dec 20th. The rooms were fine. I had the best care I could possibly ask for. I was very lucky to have 2 CNA's who happened to have to work a lot of shifts during that time. Their names are Leni and Dennis. They were compassionate and kind, and made me smile even when I wanted to feel sorry for myself. The nighttime CNA Vickie retired after being there for 30 years. She was wonderful and knew her stuff for sure. On the whole I would give the staff 5 stars. I needed rehab and there again I couldn't have asked for better care. Suzanne, Dora, Lauren, Ben, and Rickie got me on my feet and ready to go home. They work so hard to get some of these uncooperating patients to just move a little. You get 3 hot meals a day if you have a stomach for it. I didn't, so I wasn't that interested in the meals. I would definitely recommend Solaris for anyone who needs rehab."

"It took Mom some time to get use to the fact she would be living here permanently, but now she considers her caretakers part of the family. My sister and I do too. They take such good care of our Mom. My Mom has been a resident here for a few years. I was living out of state for awhile, but visited a few months out of the year. Now I reside a few blocks away and visit very often. Every time I'm there, the staff is very kind and caring. Mom stated how much she loved being there and considered it her home. I give great credit to her caretakers, Nurses Peggy C. and Elizabeth , her CNAs Donna M and Crystal P. for making her feel at home . In activities Sarah and Angela have become great friends with Mom and make her want to get out of her room to participate in some of the activities they offer. Housekeeping and Laundry are always on top of things. Mom's room is always clean and laundry is delivered and put away for her."

"My friend has moved into Carrollwood Care Center. It's clean and it's run very closely. The people, the nurses, and the staff there are excellent with the patients. They interact and talk to them. They're trying to get acquainted with my friend and they've been in touch with his doctors for medications. As far as I could see, the interactions with the staff and their patients are very good. They do the assistance and do as much as they can for these folks. They're not aggressive with them, I'm very pleased with it. My mother was there 28 years ago, I knew what it was then and what it is now, and it's gotten better. I'm happy with it. They don't have private rooms. He shares one, and the roommate seems to be very friendly. The rooms are clean. They have a nice dining area, and they also have rehab. I know they have Bingo, and they have a coffee klatch where people get together for coffee, cookies, and Danish, like a socialization type thing. They do have a calendar. My friend is blind, so there are a lot of activities he's not going to be able to participate in, but there are still some that he can. I don't even know how much it's going to be because they're working with Medicare, and my friend also has Medicaid."

"I went to look at Peninsula Care and Rehabilitation Center. I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the attention that the staff gives to the patients from what I saw in the dining room and in the rehab area. They were just very friendly and personable. Sabrina was very forthcoming. She asked me about my concerns, filled me in on their daily routine, and what my expectations were for the time my mom would be there. They have rehab. They have two separate areas for outdoor sitting and visiting. They also have an indoor visitor lounge. The personal preference is whether the patient wants to have their meals in their room or go down to the dining room. They would have daily checks on their personal hygiene."

"The people at Northdale always take great care of us and are always there for us and I could not ask for a better facility to be at. i enjoy the activities, the activities staff are always great and fun to be around."

"I was sent to Blue Heron after my stay in the hospital. I can't say enough good things about the staff in rehab and the medical team on the rehab floor. They are very compassionate. I have now transitioned into long term care and again can't say enough wonderful things about the team. The rooms are all private which is very nice along with it being cleaned on a daily basis, along with activities. Erik is my caseworker and has made this transition much easier always answered my questions and was extremely helpful. Definitely would recommend Blue Heron!"

"My family transferred me to Tampa Lakes from another facility to continue my rehab for a broken neck and multiple thoracic fractures. I love it here. The facility is beautiful, clean, bright, and the rehab gym is out of this world. The staff to patient ratio is amazing. There is wifi so my family brought my iPad in so I can play games in my room. I am progressing more quickly here as I receive more attention and therapy work here than at the prior facility. My family loves visiting me here as wel and can enjoy eating meals here with me too as the food is that good."
