Are there other programs available to help pay for care costs beyond Medicaid?

My mom has been mis-diagnosed and a couple of weeks ago her sugar level hit 584. This resulted in a three day hospital stay and seven days in a nursing home. She is now at home and she will be moving to an assisted living center next week. The cost of the assisted living is being paid by Medicaid and her Social Security check under the Medicaid waiver program in Tennessee. There is a difference of about $200 that I have to pay. I work a part time job and really do not have the money to pay this. My question is, "Are there any other programs, grants, etc., that she might be eligible for in Tennessee to help with this expense?"
