She identifies problems and immediately works on resolutions. She has a genuine concern for her patients that goes far beyond job responsibilities. Michele is out there in the community to help her clients maintain their dignity and the best quality of life they can have. She is encouraging to her patients but yet very sympathetic to their changing needs.
